Merry Christmas

Big news. Jeanna has figured out how to roll herself across the room. I had her on the floor in her room, playing with her gym. I was working in the kitchen for a few minutes and when I returned she was 4ft from her orrignial position, happy as a clam.
Got to get back to wrapping. Hope you all have a great Christmas!

A day at the spa

What's for dinner?

On the move

It's getting harder and harder to get Jeanna's diaper on. She grabs my hand, the diaper, her feet- anything in her reach. She's also gaining the ability to pick up things that are lying next to her (before items had to be placed in her hand and if she dropped them, oh well).

The water's fine

We tested the waters again, so to speak, with Jeanna in the pool. This time though, she got to swim with her big brothers

Love that smile

We went today to the mall and Tony, ALex and Jeanna all got their pictures with Santa. Of course Alex thought this was kind of cheesy, but he did it for Jeanna. It was really cute.

What's up doc?

Jeanna went to the doctor's today and she is doing great. She weighs 12 lbs and is 24 inches long.

Jeanna Goes Swimming

Ken and I took Jeanna to a warm-water pool on Sat. where the temp. is kept at 91 degrees. In January Jeanna will take a Moms and Tots swim class here, but I just couldn't wait to check it out. Jeanna seemed indifferent to the experience- neither excited nor upset. Her favorite position was floating on her back. However, Ken and I were extatic!

We all have our gifts

pic. 1- Tony announces the elementary choir for Peace Night at the boys' school. Tony loves to be in the spot light. He was definately the loudest and the best (no bias, seriously) singer in the group.
pic. 2- Alex is more a "behind the scenes" sort of guy. He ran the lights for several performances that night.
pic. 3- Jeanna. Well, maybe she has a future in the circus.

Little Changes

pic. 1- Jeanna is really starting to try and move herself forward. She's most successful when she's naked.
pic. 2- She loves her baths and is starting to splash around.
pic. 3- Jeanna and I discovered a new game. I roll the ball and it bounces off her hands or feet. She puts a big goofy grin on her face and laughs out loud.

Other happenings

So there are other things happening around here besides Jeanna stuff.
pic. 1- Like, check out my new do! Tony created a helmet using 43 barrets.
pic. 2- Tony and Ken drag our Christmas tree to the car.
pic. 3- (okay, so I can't totall exclude her) Alex reads to a very sleepy Jeanna Rose. It's okay to cry sweetie.
